Support your request with credible context. Pay Position shows how your pay compares with published U.S. benchmarks and helps you explore compensation scenarios. It uses national occupation data when a reliable match is available, or clearly labeled national age-based earnings context when it isn't.
These estimates help you prepare. They do not determine the correct salary for your particular role, company or location, and they do not predict your employer's decision.
Your evidence stays under your control.
Evidence drafting with AI is optional. Preparing the purchased documents requires separate AI authorization. The app identifies OpenAI as the provider when asking for permission.
